I am so happy and satisfied with my Daysy! Not only does the device give me an opportunity to have a hormone free birth control, I can always trust on the amazing customer support when something is wrong!
Don’t hesitate to buy one, although 300 € sounds pricey, it is so worth it. I’ve gotten mine replaced 2 times for free when there was something wrong with it!!

This is a true genuine review!

Through the course of having Daysy during the last 5 years, whenever I had any questions or required support, I always received speedy, polite and friendly response from customer services with solutions. A month ago I noticed that something wasn't right with my Daysy and emailed customer services. I was advised to send my Daysy back to them to be reviewed. After a couple of days of me sending it back, I received a response from the customer services explaining that my old Daysy will be replaced with a new one, which I was very happy about. Highly recommended! :)

I have owned the daysy for a year. Anytime I may have contacted customer service about a question or concern which was only twice. Once to ask about if pneumonia with 3 different antibiotics would effect my body temp results. They have always responded very well and quickly. They gave me tips on how to make sure to get a correct temperature. Such as not drinking water or getting up in the morning before I use it. Once I dropped it on a hard service and it would flash pregnancy colors after that, but not after my temperature. It would still take my temperature correctly. Customer service responded very quickly to help me out with the breakage. I had such a bad experience with birth control as a teenager and then as an adult. I only tried two different birth controls and it was enough for me to realize it is not good for my body. I feel so safe with the Daysy. I'm taking care of my body, and it easily tracked my cycles so I don't have to guess when my period will come. It always warns me with purple 2-4 days before I start. And that time I'm able to stash tampons everywhere and get my menstrual cup out and ready to go! Love this thing! Invest in your cycyles lady. It is an important thing!

I've been using Daysy for a year and a half now, and have nothing but praise for it. I've recently needed some support and everyone was great through the whole process. Definitely recommended!

I've been a happy user of the Daysy fertility tracker since October, 2016. I started out with Daysy 1.0, which I found very easy to use, as well as the app that went with it.

Three years later however, I experienced some hardware problems and decided to contact Daysy support group to ask for help, even though the warranty had already expired.
One day later, a lady very kindly inquired about the specifics and asked me if I could send them some pictures. Not long after that, I was asked to send my original Daysy to Germany for inspection and given very detailed instructions as well as all necessary information.
A couple of days later I was delighted to find an e-mail in my inbox in which Daysy support group told me they had replaced my Daysy as a gesture of good will and that it was already on its way.
Sure enough, a brand new Daysy 2.0 arrived by mail. In the beginning I experienced some troubles syncing the new Daysy with the app via bluetooth, but once again support helped me instantly by sending a troubleshoot that eventually solved the problem.

This experience has left me very impressed by the level of professionalism, kindness, generosity and patience Daysy support group has shown in treating my requests. Even though the device might be somewhat expensive, it goes hand in hand with an excellent service, of which I cannot speak highly enough.

After an issue with my Daysy regarding the battery.
They kindly manage all the process to exchange it with a new one, even without the invoice that I lost.
The process was smooth and very professional.
Also Daysy change my life after stopping the birth control pill. Fore it's the safest way to avoid pregnancy without any hormones. There is plenty of cheap product online but Daysy is the best one.

Definitely recommend.

I have used daysy for about two years, it is part of my life now. I accidentally dropped it on to the floor while taking a reading and I was devastated, when I contacted the customer care, they were extremely considerate and friendly.
They replaced it with a new one and gave me daysy 2.0, which is really out of this world.
I bought daysy in India, and have moved to UK since , I could contact them from anywhere in the world just through an email.
I am in love with daysy and it's team.

Prodotto eccellente nella sua concezione. Pratico, preciso, intuitivo, semplice nell' utilizzo e nella lettura. Comodo nell'uso e nel trasporto. Un validissimo aiuto molto efficiente ed innovativo.
Decisamente consigliato, per ogni qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Anche solo per il controllo e la traccie delle proprie informazioni fisiologiche.
Una recensione estremamente positiva è doveroso farla anche all'organizzazione della vendita e del servizio di assistenza.
Ho avuto necessità di contattare il servizio assistenza e clienti ed è stato ineccepibilmente cortese, puntuale, preciso, veloce ed efficace.

Versuche seit mehr als 2 Wochen eine Rechnung zu erhalten, um den Verhütungscomputer zu bezahlen und zu bekommen. Bis zum heutigen Tag musste ich noch nie darum betteln, ein Produkt kaufen zu dürfen. Der Kundendienst hilft auch nicht weiter. Ich muss mich wohl bei einem anderen Hersteller umsehen!

I purchased Daysy recently and had been using it for about a month. As it was the first time off birth control, I was quite wary to rely on a device like this. Because I was so worried about the readings I was getting, I decided to email customer services and ask for their advice. Petra explained everything to me, including attaching some extra reports of my cycle that were very interesting. She also added some additional info of helpful tips for accurate readings which was more in depth to what I'd read previously.

I emailed when I woke up in the morning and I had a full, detailed reply before lunchtime.

All in all, it set my mind at ease and I'm really pleased I have that kind of back up when I need it because it's obviously so important to feel you're safe to use the device as it instructs (red, yellow or green days).

Me and my fiancé have been using the Daysy for 4 months now to track her cycle as we prepare to get married next month and then becoming sexually active. The device has taught us both so much about how her cycle and body works. The customer service for the Daysy have been above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Last month was almost all red days after having had months of mostly green days so we contacted their support. Within days they gave a VERY thorough and helpful and personal answer going through her every cycle and sharing what each of them showed. We found out that the reason for the red days was most likely due to missed ovulation due to stress. So it was a good reason to take a look at our current life circumstances and how we can change them to avoid that stress and thus improving our lives. We would never have learned these things if it weren't for using the Daysy and their amazing support!! They are super professional and yet incredibly friendly and give you very personalized customer service. Highly recommended!!!

My Daysy 1.0 got a cracked housing and costumer support was very fast in answering my email and my questions and now I have a new Daysy 2.0 instead, which I'm very happy with. :)
