Issue with Daysy 2.0 battery

After going unused for several months, my Daysy would not charge or turn on. I reached out to Daysy to try and understand what could be done to fix my thermometer. I was so pleased with the level of customer service that I received. Daysy was responsive, timely, clear in their communication, and offered excellent options to ensure that I was taken care of.
