Fantastic product and customer service
We broke the tip of our Daysy by dropping it by accident and thought it would be a nightmare to fix it without additional warranty and traveling in another country. But to our great surprise, we were able to get in touch with the Daysy customer service team who immediately advised us what to do and where to send our Daysy for observation and repair. The entire process literally took two weeks and they did not even charge us.

My wife and I were already extremely satisfied with this product on a technical level, but the way the company behind it responded to our issue and helped solved it was extremely professional and kind.

I can honestly say I am grateful to have found Daysy! I wanted something natural to take better care of my health. I can say I have been an almost 4yr user of Daysy. I watched many positive and negative reviews on device before making the most important decision on purchasing and depending on it. Love it! I AM ONE hard to convince, I research before I buy.

A woman’s best friend!
I have been using daysy to avoid pregnancy without additional hormones in my body for the last 6 months now. It has worked so well! It is forgiving and so accurate, even when I forget to take my temp a day here and there. I also love the app and use it to plan ahead often. I would recommend it 100x over to anyone wanted to ditch hormonal birth control and give a safe, natural option a try!

Daysy update required
My Daysy stopped working recently for the first time since I purchased it several years ago. I plugged it in to charge it and then the light stayed on and it wouldn't respond. I called them and got an answer immediately! They let me know that the Daysy would need to be sent in for updating, along with the cost. Shipping instructions were sent very promptly, and all of my questions were answered. It was updated within a day of arriving at their facility, they added any menstruation data that occurred while it was in their care, and then promptly shipped it back. Fantastic service from beginning to end!

Needed firmware update
Catalina and Jessica were so helpful and VERY quick with their email replies. I sent my Daysy in for an update and they took care of it and mailed it back very quickly. I appreciate how friendly and helpful they were!

Amazing product
I used my daysy day for YEARS before the sensor broke. Customer service has been amazing and so quick to respond. I was able to get the sensor fixed and didn’t even have to buy an entirely new thermometer. They’re kind and accessible. Huge fan, I tell everyone about daysy day.

Amazing Customer Service
I hadn't used my Daysy for over 5 years, maybe more. Not to my surprise, the battery would not hold a charge as this is a common occurrence with all electronics that have not been used in a number of years. To my delight Daysy customer service took care of the repair and the cost was minimal. The team was super responsive and so easy to work with. I love the app and I can't wait to start tracking again :)
