Why do they get good ratings when the service is AWFUL
Okay, so a real review from a real user, who was under some time pressure to get a result.

All easily ordered online, and money paid. WRONG TEST KIT WAS SENT, but I could adapt it to what was needed. But also the wrong instructions also sent with the kit. Via support email, got the right instructions, and adapted.

Results email as expected came through. To get results you have to click on a link - the link does NOT work. Goes to a blank page, or sometimes says server not found. Tried another way via the original website where there was a link to test results …. again straight to a non-existent page.

I am now awaiting a response from the support email address. HOPELESS BASICALLY.

Okay, also eine echte Bewertung von einem echten Nutzer, der unter Zeitdruck stand, ein Ergebnis zu erhalten.

Alles problemlos online bestellt und bezahlt. Es wurde das falsche Testkit gesendet, aber ich konnte es an meine Bedürfnisse anpassen. Allerdings lag dem Kit auch die falsche Anleitung bei. Per Support-E-Mail erhielt ich die richtige Anleitung und passte sie an.

Die E-Mail mit den Ergebnissen kam wie erwartet an. Um die Ergebnisse zu erhalten, muss man auf einen Link klicken – der Link funktioniert NICHT. Er führt zu einer leeren Seite oder meldet manchmal „Server nicht gefunden“. Habe es anders versucht, über die ursprüngliche Website, wo es einen Link zu den Testergebnissen gab … wieder direkt auf eine nicht existierende Seite.

Ich warte jetzt auf eine Antwort von der Support-E-Mail-Adresse. IM GRUNDE HOFFNUNGSLOS.

We have looked at your order and the e-mail correspondence and have established that you have indeed received the wrong instructions. We would like to apologise for this. We have sent you the correct instructions for your test set immediately after your message. The test kit itself was correct and your analysis was performed on time.

We were not aware of an error in the presentation at any time and our IT department was unable to detect it. We sent you the results directly by e-mail after you informed us that you were unable to retrieve them. The message ‘Server not found’ is often due to a lack of Internet connectivity on the user's end.

If you are still unable to retrieve your test results and have not received the results attached to our message, please contact us again. Otherwise, we would be pleased to receive an adjustment to your evaluation.

Good service and clear reporting
I used Ivario to test my home drinking water for heavy metals as I have a lead pipe near my house. The results arrived slightly later than expected but I was anticipating this as it was near Christmas. They were clear and had specific measurements which was well presented. I did contact customer services as I had a query and they were very quick to respond and helpful. Recommended

Bore hole water test
Very detailed report. We had to go back to them regarding one result which seemed to conflict their other results but this was sorted.

We ordered the "Water Test Kit | Plus × 1 Express - Results in 3-5 Days" service. It took a full week to receive the package for collecting the samples, after returning the samples it took another full week for them to acknowledge receipt of the samples and then another 4 days to get the results. Overall the whole process took 3 weeks. Not what we were expecting or what we paid a premium price for.

The express analysis refers to the analysis time from the receipt of the sample in our laboratory. Your sample was received by our laboratory on August 5th and was reported on August 8th. Excellent service
My well water test kit arrived quickly, clear instructions and easy to send off. Took a while to reach the lab due to customs but customer services sent me a new kit to avoid any further delays. Just before it arrived, my original kit was received by the lab and 4 days later very clearly explained and easy to understand results came through. Very happy with the service and will highly recommend.

Water test
Friendly service but have had many issues with sending my results to the lab from the UK. Many samples have been lost but the team have been accomodating and recognised this issue and have been helpful throughout. Stuck with them, water test has come through swiftly and was happy with the results, just waiting on the mould sample results. Patience is a virtue in some cases

Excellent service with comprehensive test results
I ordered the heavy metals water test kit from Ivario and it arrived via mail. It was easy to complete the test and I sent back and had the results back within 2 weeks as the samples needed to go back to Germany so I guess this takes abit longer to have to go through customs. The results cam back and I was impressed with the way the results are shown against UK standards and tolerances. I woulod use this service again although advise that a set of English nstructions would be good as I had to use google translate to make sure I did not make anhy mistakes or miss any thing.

Standard water test
I needed a comprehensive test on water i consume and wash wash with.
I found Ivario on the internet, and requested a water test kit. The kit was sent through quickly with easy to understand instructions as to what to do.
The test kit was returned, with Ivario sending me an email acknowledging receipt of the test, this was really helpful letting me know the test had arrived ok.
Results were sent back to me quickly, and covered a large number of potential water contaminants.
To conclude, i was very impressed by Ivario customer service, the test cost was reasonably priced, and i would use this company again.

Test results not received, money gone and impossible to contact them
I ordered Ivario testing kit, collected sample and sent it off, following their instructions. Unfortunately, 2 months later - I still haven’t received the results. When logging online, I can see that my testing kit was never received by their lab. That’s all fine, sometimes things get lost in transit. However, the worst is that I have tried to email them numerous times about a refund/sending me another kit, and have received no response. I have tried to call them using different numbers found on their website, and nobody answers. I wonder if the company has disappeared. As a result, have lost almost £140 and very unhappy.

UPDATE: after loosing all hope to ever get my test results and posting a negative one star review on this site - a representative from the ratings company contacted me and acted as a mediator to solve the issue with IVARIO. I finally received another testing kit and got my results - albeit with 3 months delay and lots of stress. Happy to have received my results which were of great quality, but it was still unacceptable that I wasn’t able to contact the company after my results were delayed, and that action from their side was only taken after a negative review online. I have updated my initial one star rating to three stars.

Package with all required information and bottles to collect water samples were quickly shipped and delivered via UPS. Results came back after 5 working days. They are very clear and easy to understand. Overall I am very satisfied.
