We ordered the "Water Test Kit | Plus × 1 Express - Results in 3-5 Days" service. It took a full week to receive the package for collecting the samples, after returning the samples it took another full week for them to acknowledge receipt of the samples and then another 4 days to get the results. Overall the whole process took 3 weeks. Not what we were expecting or what we paid a premium price for.

Hello Joe, Thank you for your message. We are sorry that there was a delay in transport and that your sample therefore arrived late at the laboratory. We ask for your understanding that we unfortunately have no influence on the transport process. This is the responsibility of the transport company. The express analysis refers to the analysis time from the receipt of the sample in our laboratory. Your sample was received by our laboratory on August 5th and was reported on August 8th.
