Fantastic product and customer service

We broke the tip of our Daysy by dropping it by accident and thought it would be a nightmare to fix it without additional warranty and traveling in another country. But to our great surprise, we were able to get in touch with the Daysy customer service team who immediately advised us what to do and where to send our Daysy for observation and repair. The entire process literally took two weeks and they did not even charge us.

My wife and I were already extremely satisfied with this product on a technical level, but the way the company behind it responded to our issue and helped solved it was extremely professional and kind.
