Daysy update required

My Daysy stopped working recently for the first time since I purchased it several years ago. I plugged it in to charge it and then the light stayed on and it wouldn't respond. I called them and got an answer immediately! They let me know that the Daysy would need to be sent in for updating, along with the cost. Shipping instructions were sent very promptly, and all of my questions were answered. It was updated within a day of arriving at their facility, they added any menstruation data that occurred while it was in their care, and then promptly shipped it back. Fantastic service from beginning to end!
