Amazing Customer Service
I hadn't used my Daysy for over 5 years, maybe more. Not to my surprise, the battery would not hold a charge as this is a common occurrence with all electronics that have not been used in a number of years. To my delight Daysy customer service took care of the repair and the cost was minimal. The team was super responsive and so easy to work with. I love the app and I can't wait to start tracking again :)
